Reports of several roads closed in Dundalk due to high water. This includes North Point Boulevard near I-695, German Hill Road, Broening Highway, and Merrit Boulevard.

Slow moving thunderstorms along a frontal boundary resulted in a localized two to four inches of rain. This resulted in instances of flash flooding.
