Received social media video of a distant vortex or landspout tornado. It formed along intersecting outflow boundaries. Inconclusive whether the rotating column extended to the base of the cloud. Exact duration unknown but likely very short lived. Damage unknown but likely none to minimal as it was out in open desert.

Wider weather episode

Heavy monsoon rain caused flash flooding in Winslow. A brief landspout tornado also formed.
