Flash flooding was reported on Tularosa Creek above Bridal Falls. Debris-laden flow flooded backyards. Crosscreek Road low water crossing dangerously flooded.

Deep moisture was trapped under very weak mid level winds resulting in slow moving storms with heavy rain over the western Sacramento Mountains. Flash Flooding was reported on Tularosa Creek due to the heavy rain.
