Power lines were blown down on Sebastian Harbor Drive. The time of damage was estimated by radar.

A surface trough axis across the southeast seaboard states interacted with diurnal instability, very high moisture content and sea breezes to produce scattered to numerous strong to pulse severe storms across the area in the afternoon and evening. Slow storm motion and high moisture with several merging boundaries produced locally heavy rain.
