What EF0 means. On the Enhanced Fujita scale, EF0 is light damage: shingles and siding peeled, gutters torn, branches broken, consistent with estimated gusts of 65–85 mph. The rating comes from a survey of the worst damage after the storm, not from a wind measurement, so it says as much about what the tornado hit as about how strong it was.

What the National Weather Service wrote

A very compact, short-lived EF0 tornado moved through the Twin

Pines community in Cantonment. This tornado began on the south

side of the community where a very small tree was snapped lying

due east. The tornado continued northeast where public provided

video showed a small vortex around 5 yards wide crossed the

northeast corner of the fence and the intersection where Twin

Pines Circle loops back on itself. Minor damage to the fence

occurred here along with other loose objects being thrown across

the road. The tornado was visible on the video as it crossed the

adjacent neighbors's property and disappeared into the tree line.

It's possible this tornado began sooner and ended later, and

further refinements of the track are possible in the coming days.
