EM reported two high water rescues on the service road near mile marker 220 of Interstate 45 north of Richland. The first one was at the marked start time, and the second one was about half an hour later.

An upper level low and remnant MCVs produced several rounds of heavy rain and training storms that produced flash flooding for a few day across the region, mainly across Central Texas.
