Local law enforcement reported widespread flooding across Anderson County including 225 Spring St, FM 320, ACR 425, ACR 4251, ACR 422, ACR 4253, ACR 2202, ACR 370, and Salt Works Rd. Cars were still stalled in flood waters on 936 W Oak St. in Palestine as well.

An upper level low and remnant MCVs produced several rounds of heavy rain and training storms that produced flash flooding for a few day across the region, mainly across Central Texas.
