County comms reported trees blown down at Whetstone Rd and Cassidy Ridge Rd and power lines down on nearby Land Bridge Rd.

Scattered thunderstorms and storm clusters developed near the Blue Ridge during the afternoon and moved steadily southeast across the Upstate during the afternoon into the evening. Isolated severe storms produced locally damaging wind gusts and large hail.
