Broadcast media relayed that they received a few viewer images of a brief waterspout near Biloxi.

A typical summertime regime of high atmospheric moisture content and generally low shear was in place across the region. One storm in the Mississippi Sound produced a waterspout as it moved along a stalled microscale boundary that was stalled in the area.
