Received several pictures of a waterspout southeast of Mandeville. Dissipated before reaching shore.

A typical summertime regime of high atmospheric moisture content and generally low shear was in place across the region. One storm in the Lake Pontchartrain produced a waterspout as it moved along a stalled microscale boundary that was stalled in the area.
