The tornado that touched down in Peninsula State Park crossed into Eagle Harbor as a waterspout at 3:55 PM CDT and lifted at 3:56 PM CDT over the harbor. There were numerous public reports of a waterspout, along with video.

A line of thunderstorms produced strong winds over the bay of Green Bay and Lake Michigan during the evening hours on Saturday (8/09) as well as a brief waterspout over Eagle Harbor on the bay of Green Bay.
