Event narrative

Doe Run creek was observed flowing out of its banks several inches deep across both Doe Run Road and Ashpone Tavern Road. These roads were impassible until the flooding receded. MRMS Crest Unit Streamflow indicated flows of nearly 840 cfs per square mile at this location at 12:00 am EDT on the 17th, while the 3-hour ARI was maxed out at a 200-year event.
