An 18 inch diameter pine tree was snapped six feet off the ground based on a photo.

A stationary boundary was draped across western Wisconsin during the day on the 15th. This led to multiple rounds of storms across northwestern Wisconsin during the morning and afternoon hours. Some of the storms contained damaging winds that led to tree damage across parts of Washburn, Sawyer, Ashland, and Bayfield counties.
