Event narrative
Multiple reports of flash flooding in the town of St. Francis. The emergency manager relayed report of a vehicle stranded in water with water getting into the vehicle. Reports of rainfall in area around 2.5 inches so far. Local dispatch also relayed report of water over the road. Unknown depth, but caller reported they were surprised to make it through. Visibility was also reported to being as low as 150 yards during the rain. Multiple reports of 2-2.5 inches of rain fell within the city limits.

Thunderstorms across northwest Kansas had it its eye on Cheyenne county during the evening of the 10th leading to quarter size hail, 58 mph winds and flooding.
