Several trees and and power lines were reported down blocking the roadway in Dellslow.

Wider weather episode

Surface low pressure associated with a seasonably anomalous closed upper low dragged a cold front through the area, resulting in evening showers and thunderstorms. Most convection was sub-severe as MLCAPE and effective shear were marginal (300-600 J/g and 20kts), however, there were two severe storms in northern West Virginia. Damaging winds were the only threat with convection.
