The I-15 @ Plymouth mesonet station recorded a wind gust of 58 mph as a result of outflow winds associated with a nearby cluster of showers and thunderstorms moving through the area.

Wider weather episode

An early September moisture surge resulted in the return of a more active weather pattern to Utah, including some isolated instances of flash flooding as well as a strong thunderstorm wind gust.
