Cow Creek near Riddle rose above minor flood stage of 22.0 ft. at 16/955 PST, peaked in moderate flood stage at 16/1545 PST at 25.64 ft. It then fell below flood stage at 16/2227 PST. At 22.0 feet, flooding of low-lying fields and structures begins at this point.

Wider weather episode

The strongest of a series of frontal systems stalled over southern Oregon on 03/16. It produced heavy rain that caused numerous rivers in southwest Oregon to flood.
