There were multiple reports of trees and wires down on Belle Road in the Town of Cambridge. Some of the wires fell onto a residence.
Wider weather episode
A few showers and thunderstorms developed within the vicinity of a frontal boundary during the afternoon and early evening hours on July 10, 2025. A few of these storms became severe downing trees and wires. Most of the damage was concentrated within Saratoga and Washington counties. A 62 mph wind gust was recorded at the Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport near Glens Falls.
