A weather station 12 miles east of Worland reported a wind gust of 70 mph. In Worland, trees and power lines were reported down. A 5 inch limb fell on a home.

A pair of shortwaves moved across central Wyoming and brought a round of severe thunderstorms to central Wyoming. Wind gusts past 58 mph were reported in Fremont, Natrona, Big Horn and Washakie Counties, with a maximum reported gust of 76 mph at the town of Natrona in western Natrona County. At Worland, some trees were blown down, bringing scattered power outages.
