The public shared photos through Social Media of minor street flooding in downtown St Augustine near the intersection of Valencia St and Sevilla St near Flagler College. Two streets and parking lots were blocked off and one car was reported to be stuck in floodwaters.

Weak southwest to west steering flow combined with high atmospheric moisture and surface forcing from a weak trough and sea breezes produced localized heavy rainfall in the afternoon and evening over a diurnally unstable airmass.
