Site 5.5 miles east of Tribune reports 72 mph wind gust.

In the late afternoon and early evening of the 5th, a line of storms developed across eastern Colorado and proceeded to the east-southeast. Gusts ranging from 60 to 72 MPH were recorded, as was penny size hail.
