South to southwest propagating convection within northerly flow overspreading the peninsula west of a tropical disturbance (Invest 93L) approaching the state from the Atlantic produces late morning waterspout over Charlotte Harbor in Charlotte County, and gusty marine winds across the West Florida Coast from Cedar Key southward through Tampa Bay area waters.
