WITN reporter recorded a video of a well defined waterspout of the coast of Emerald Isle. Report came in via social media.

A stalled frontal boundary remained just off the coast of Eastern North Carolina through the day on the twenty-nineth. Along this stalled boundary widespread shower and thunderstorm activity developed with an isolated storm becoming strong in nature. This brought a threat for waterspouts, primarily along the Crystal Coast.
