Emergency Management reported downed power lines with power loss in Laramie and Univ of Wyoming. Strongest wind gusts were estimated.

Two lines of strong thunderstorms developed over southeast Wyoming in the morning of September 16th, with another line developing and strengthening during the middle of the afternoon. These storms moved east and briefly became severe and produced winds gusts over 58 mph.
