The Kelsey Peak Wildfire was discovered on September 3rd. The fire started 14 miles west of Glendale in Curry County, Oregon and burned into Josephine County, Oregon. The fire was caused by lightning. As of 530 AM PST on September 18th, it had burned 1,039 acres, was 100% contained, no structures had been destroyed, and it had cost $ 16M.
