An emergency manager reported a stalled vehicle in floodwater near the intersection of Louisville Road and East Lathrop Avenue, near the intersection of West Boundary Street and West Gwinnett Street, on I-16 West near Exit 162, near the intersection of West Gwinnett Street and May Street, and along the 4400 Block of Paulson Street.
