NWS Buffalo received a report of 2 waterspouts looking north and northeast from Barcelona Harbor.

A slow moving stationary/cold front tracking east into the western New York area on the morning of August 24th, caused thunderstorms to develop over the eastern end of Lake Erie. Thunderstorms caused two waterspouts north to northeast of Barcelona Harbor.
