Emergency managers reported that the bridge in Street 14 above Canal Marta (Channel) was impassable due to a sudden rise of the channel's level.

During the afternoon of August 10th, the El Yunque streamer and western convection resulted in, reported, flooding over Bayamon, Aguada and Utuado. A surface high pressure over the Central Atlantic promoted E-ESE winds.
