Several sensors measured gusts at or above 75 mph and sustained winds at or above 50 mph in this zone, including mesonet stations Dellwo DELMT, Montana mesonet station Bynum W, and mesonet station MTCTS Choteau South. The peak gust was observed at the Choteau South mesonet, which measured an 86 mph gust. MT mesonet station Bynum W measured sustained winds averaging 59 mph over 3 hrs and 55 minutes ending at 355 PM MDT.
