Baker County Emergency Management reported debris over the road within the Durkee burn area. Timing was estimated using Hydrophobic Unit Streamflow.

On July 31st, a shortwave trough embedded in southwesterly flow aloft moved over eastern Oregon. This forcing, paired with increasing moisture in the southwesterly flow, allowed for scattered thunderstorms to develop.
