What the National Weather Service wrote

A narrow, vertical waterspout was reported approximately three miles north of the Boca Chica Channel Bridge.

A convective cloud line developed off the north side of the Lower Florida Keys. An isolated waterspout was observed north of Boca Chica Key.

Began near Big Coppitt Key (24.6300, -81.6900).
