The 911 Call Center reported a fallen tree blocking the roadway at km 5.6, PR-368, Bo. La Torre obstructed traffic.

The wider storm

A tropical wave moving over the islands lead to heavy showers and t-storms. Breezy east to east-southeast winds also persisted. The tropical wave resulted in thunderstorms with frequent lightning and strong wind gusts. Flooding, debris flow and thunderstorm wind damage were reported at the first day of the month.
