Flooding was reported at the intersection between Avenida Tte. Cesar Luis Gonzalez (Avenue) and Calle Soldado Hector Salaman (Street). No stranded people or vehicles were reported.

Wider weather episode

Tropical moisture associated with a tropical wave and other trade wind perturbations, along with an upper-level trough resulted in the formation of strong showers and thunderstorms. These showers resulted in flooding, landslide and wind damage along portions of eastern, northern and western Puerto Rico.
