Public sent a picture of a thin Funnel Cloud, observed from the Interamerican University in Aguadilla, that lasted up to 2 minutes.

Wider weather episode

Tropical moisture associated with a tropical wave and other trade wind perturbations, along with an upper-level trough resulted in the formation of strong showers and thunderstorms. These showers resulted in flooding, landslide and wind damage along portions of eastern, northern and western Puerto Rico.
