A member of the public reported on social media that runoff and ponding of water in the urban area of Jayuya near Breban Beauty Supply. The road has flooding but is not impassable.

Wider weather episode

Tropical moisture associated with a tropical wave and other trade wind perturbations, along with an upper-level trough resulted in the formation of strong showers and thunderstorms. These showers resulted in flooding, landslide and wind damage along portions of eastern, northern and western Puerto Rico.
