Impassable road due to flooding at PR-2 between km 52.0 and 52.4 from Manati to Barceloneta. Two lanes were closed.

Wider weather episode

Tropical moisture associated with a tropical wave and other trade wind perturbations, along with an upper-level trough resulted in the formation of strong showers and thunderstorms. These showers resulted in flooding, landslide and wind damage along portions of eastern, northern and western Puerto Rico.
