Ambient Weather Station near Judith Landing measured a 59 mph wind gust.

Wider weather episode

A cold front passage on the morning of November 7th allowed for strong mid level winds to mix down to the surface. This brought windy conditions to the North-Central MT plains. Another round of strong winds arrived Friday from a potent low-level jet.
