Emergency services reported via social media that the Rio Culebrinas overflowed its banks near Flamboyan Avenue in Urbanizacion El Culebrinas. The road was completely impassable in both directions (lanes) at the entrance of the Urbanization, near Villa Sofia.

Wider weather episode

A surface trough, diurnal heating, and afternoon convection, promoted showers and thunderstorms, mainly over the northwestern quadrant of Puerto Rico on November 18th. Reports of flooded roads and a landslide were received from sectors of San Sebastian.
