The Mill Canyon RAWS (XMLC1) recorded a gust of 89 mph. Mesonet station at Mammoth Mountain Chair 1 (MTH01) recorded a gust of 85 mph. Finally, Lundy RAWS (UNDC1) recorded a gust of 75 mph.

Wider weather episode

During the weekend of the 25th-26th, a strong Pacific storm system brought periods of rain and strong winds across the region. Most of the rain fell over northeast CA and the Tahoe basin. The 26th was day two in this multi-day event.
