Flash flooding with rapidly flowing water over the roadway along Sandy Point Drive near West Meadview Boulevard in Meadview. The road was undercut by water and exhibiting erosion beneath it.

Low pressure moved very slowly east from the eastern Pacific across the Mojave Desert, triggering scattered thunderstorms for a few days. Several storms produced flash flooding.
