Multiple reports of thunderstorm wind damage and power outages in neighborhoods near Grass Lake in northwestern Gladwin county. Trained spotter in this area reported personal weather station wind measurement to 51mph at 10 ft above ground level.

Later in the afternoon on the 24th, a line of storms, associated with the morning storms across the Tip of the Mitt, developed across the southern/southeastern portions of the forecast area, resulting in pockets of tree damage from northeastern Gladwin county and Ogemaw county, eastward to Lake Huron.
