Later in the afternoon on the 24th, a line of storms, associated with the morning storms across the Tip of the Mitt, developed across the southern/southeastern portions of the forecast area, resulting in pockets of tree damage from northeastern Gladwin county and Ogemaw county, eastward to Lake Huron.
