An influx of tropical moisture from tropical storms Pricilla and Raymond allowed for deep moisture as well as showers and thunderstorms to form from October 11th through October 14th. Severe thunderstorms moved through the Tucson Metro area on October 11th causing multiple reports of 1 inch hail and uprooted trees on the southeast side of the metro. Additionally, as this storm moved northward caused damage to electrical equipment causing a power outage to 856 customers for 18 hours. Multiple rounds of light to locally heavy rainfall on September 12th caused washes to run with water in the Tucson metro causing 9 swift water rescues with no injuries. Additionally, there were multiple reports of a funnel cloud near Drexel Heights. On October 13th there was an isolated thunderstorm and showers that caused flow in washes through October 14th. This led to a swift water rescue in Eloy with no injuries. The 4 day rainfall totals ranged from 0.5 inches to locally up to 4.0 inches.
