On the evening of October 21st, a waterspout developed over Lake Erie as a cold front crossed the lake. A few hours later, as a trough crossed Lake Erie, showers and thunderstorms along the trough became strong, causing a 34 knot wind gust at the Barcelona Harbor C-Man station.
