A disturbance moved across the Mid-Atlantic bringing a swath of one to four inches of snow across portions of the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. Temperatures were in the teens to 20s going into the event resulting in snow sticking to most untreated surfaces. This impacted the morning commute and resulted in numerous accidents.
