Wider weather episode

A developing storm system tracking across the Texas Panhandle and into south-central Kansas on the evening of November 20th, resulted in areas of dense advection fog to develop across southwest Kansas. Multiple AWOS observations recorded visibilities down to one quarter mile or less.
