Broadcast media shared a video from the public showing standing floodwaters along Calle San Antonio in the Floral Park neighborhood of San Juan. Portions of the roadway were covered by water, impacting traffic.

The wider storm

An unstable weather pattern supported periods of enhanced shower and thunderstorm activity across Puerto Rico. Thunderstorms developed mainly during the afternoon, resulting in localized impacts, including flooding, hail, and lightning-related incidents.
