Emergency management officials reported coastal flooding along PR-187 in the Piones area of Loza. Seawater and sand were pushed onto the roadway near Vaca Talega and the Restauradores Bridge, impacting traffic.

A long-period northerly swell produced hazardous breaking waves along the north-facing beaches of Puerto Rico.
