Event narrative

A tree fell and obstructed the roadway along km 8.7 of road 112 towards Moca and the area after Junker Prez. The incident caused partial blockage of the roadway.

Wider weather episode

An upper-level low and abundant tropical moisture over the area triggered strong thunderstorm development over portions of Puerto Rico on October 31st. These storms caused strong gusty winds and urban flooding in areas of western PR from around noon through the mid-afternoon hours.
