Northwest winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts to around 60 mph were common across Grant County during the morning hours into the early afternoon hours. The nearby Alliance ASOS site recorded a sustained wind of 43 mph with a peak gust of 59 mph at 935 am MST.

Strong northwest winds of 30 to 40 mph with a gusts to around 60 mph occurred across north central Nebraska into portions of southwest Nebraska during the morning hours until the mid afternoon hours on November 25th. Peak wind gusts reached 61 mph or higher at the Imperial, Broken Bow and Valentine ASOS stations.
